Shipping

Standard shipping within Sweden is SEK 59.

We offer free standard shipping on orders of SEK 699 or more.

Free shipping on your original order does not include free returns.

30-Day Returns

We hope you love your ELD piece. If you change your mind, ELD LABEL offers a 30-day return period from the day you receive your order.

Our extended 30-day return policy does not affect your statutory rights, including your 14-day right of withdrawal under EU consumer law.

To start a return, please use the return function on our website or contact us at support@eldlabel.com.

Please register your return before sending it back so that we can process it correctly.

Return Conditions

Items returned under our extended return policy must be unused, unworn and undamaged, with any tags and original packaging included.

For hygiene reasons, we kindly ask that earrings are not worn or tried on. Earrings must be returned unworn, undamaged and in their original condition. This does not affect your statutory rights.

During the statutory withdrawal period, you may inspect the item in the same way you would in a physical store. If an item has been handled more than necessary to determine its nature, characteristics and function, a deduction may be made for any reduction in value where permitted by law.

Return Shipping

Returns are not free.

For returns within Sweden, you can use ELD LABEL's return shipping option for SEK 59. The return shipping fee will be deducted from your refund.

The SEK 59 return fee also applies to orders that qualified for free shipping.

You may alternatively arrange and pay for your own return shipping. We recommend using a trackable shipping service.

For returns from outside Sweden, the customer is responsible for arranging and paying for the return shipping unless otherwise agreed.

If an item is defective, damaged or incorrect, ELD LABEL will cover the return shipping cost.

Damaged, Defective or Incorrect Items

Please inspect your order when you receive it.

If your item is defective, damaged or you have received the wrong item, please contact us as soon as possible at support@eldlabel.com so that we can resolve the issue.

Your statutory rights regarding defective goods are not affected by this return policy.

Refunds

Once we have received and inspected your return, the refund will be made to your original payment method.

If you exercise your statutory right of withdrawal within 14 days and return your entire order, the original standard delivery charge will also be refunded. If you chose a more expensive delivery option, only the cost corresponding to standard delivery will be refunded.

For returns made under ELD LABEL's extended return period after the statutory withdrawal period, the original delivery charge is non-refundable.

If you return only part of an order, the original delivery charge is not refunded.

If you use ELD LABEL's return shipping option, the SEK 59 return fee will be deducted from your refund.

For returns made under the statutory right of withdrawal, refunds will be made without undue delay and no later than 14 days after we have been informed of your decision to withdraw. We may withhold the refund until we have received the returned item or you have provided evidence that it has been sent back.

Please note that your bank or payment provider may require additional time to process the refund.

Exchanges

We do not currently offer direct exchanges.

If you would like another item, colour or style, please return the original item and place a new order.

Exceptions

Personalised or custom-made products may not be eligible for return where permitted by law.

Sale items are covered by the same statutory 14-day right of withdrawal as full-price items. Returns after the statutory withdrawal period are subject to ELD LABEL's extended return conditions.
