Shipping Costs

Standard shipping within Sweden is 59 SEK.

We offer free standard shipping on orders of 699 SEK or more.

Any applicable shipping charges will be shown at checkout before you complete your order.

Processing and Delivery Times

Orders are normally processed and dispatched within 1–3 business days.

Estimated delivery time is 7–10 business days after dispatch.

Orders are not dispatched on weekends or Swedish public holidays. During busy periods, launches or holidays, processing and delivery times may occasionally be longer.

You will receive an order confirmation by email once your order has been placed.

Lost or Damaged Shipments

We carefully prepare every ELD order before it leaves us.

If your order is lost in transit or arrives damaged, please contact us at support@eldlabel.com as soon as possible so that we can help you.

If the shipment is confirmed as lost or the product has been damaged during delivery, we will arrange a replacement or otherwise resolve the matter in accordance with applicable consumer law.

Returns

We want you to be happy with your ELD purchase.

If you wish to return an item, please see our Refund & Return Policy for information about returns, refunds and your right of withdrawal.

Complimentary Items

Complimentary or free promotional items are not eligible for a cash refund.

If a complimentary item is lost in transit or arrives damaged, please contact us at support@eldlabel.com. Damaged complimentary items must be reported within 7 days of delivery, and where possible we will arrange a replacement.
