The terms “we”, “us” and “our” refer to ELD Label, operated by Panetrik AB. ELD Label operates this store and website, including all related information, content, features, tools, products and services, to offer you a carefully curated shopping experience (the “Services”).
ELD Label is powered by Shopify, which enables us to provide the Services to you.
These Terms of Service, together with any policies referred to herein (the “Terms”), describe your rights and responsibilities when you visit, browse, interact with or make a purchase from ELD Label.
Please read these Terms carefully. They contain important information about your rights, purchases, deliveries and use of our Services.

By using the Services, you confirm that you are at least the age of majority in your country or place of residence, or that you have the necessary permission to use the Services.

At ELD, we care about character, detail and the way an object can transform a look. We make every reasonable effort to present our products as accurately as possible through images, descriptions, dimensions and other product information.
However, colours and appearance may vary slightly depending on the screen, device and settings you use.
Measurements are approximate unless otherwise stated, and minor variations in colour, finish or appearance may occur between individual pieces.
These natural or production-related variations do not necessarily constitute a defect, provided that the product otherwise corresponds to the description provided at the time of purchase.
Nothing in this section limits your statutory rights if a product is faulty, damaged or does not correspond to the information provided.
Product descriptions, availability and collections may be changed or updated from time to time. We also reserve the right to discontinue products and, where appropriate, limit quantities available for purchase.
SECTION 3 – ORDERS
When you place an order with ELD Label, you are making an offer to purchase the selected products.
After placing an order, you will normally receive an order confirmation at the email address provided during checkout.
We reserve the right to decline an order where there is a legitimate reason to do so, for example where a product is unavailable, there is an obvious pricing or technical error, payment cannot be authorised, or we have reasonable grounds to suspect fraud or misuse.
If we are unable to fulfil your order, we will contact you and refund any payment already received for the affected item or order.
Please review your order carefully before submitting it.
If you wish to cancel an order before it has been shipped, please contact us as soon as possible. We will do our best to assist you. Your statutory rights to cancel, withdraw from or return an order remain unaffected.

Purchases made through our consumer store are intended for personal or household use and not for unauthorised commercial resale.
SECTION 4 – PRICES AND BILLING
Prices, discounts and promotions may change from time to time.
The price applicable to your purchase will be the price displayed at the time your order is placed, subject to correction of obvious errors in accordance with applicable law.
Prices shown to consumers include VAT where required by applicable law.
Any applicable shipping charges will be clearly displayed before you complete your purchase.
Where deliveries are made to destinations where customs duties, import taxes or other local charges apply, such charges may be payable in accordance with the rules applicable to the destination country.
Promotional offers may be subject to separate terms and conditions. If specific promotional terms conflict with these Terms, the specific promotional terms will apply to that promotion.
You agree to provide accurate and complete billing, payment and contact information and to update such information where necessary.
By providing payment information, you confirm that you are authorised to use the selected payment method.
SECTION 5 – SHIPPING AND DELIVERY
We aim to prepare and dispatch orders as efficiently as possible.
Any delivery times stated on our website are estimates unless expressly stated otherwise.
Delays may occasionally occur due to circumstances outside our reasonable control, including carrier disruptions, customs processing, weather conditions or other unforeseen events.
However, nothing in these Terms limits your rights under applicable consumer law in relation to delayed, lost or undelivered goods.
Where ELD Label arranges the delivery, we remain responsible for the goods until they have been delivered to you or to a third party designated by you, in accordance with applicable law.

SECTION 6 – INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY
The Services and their contents — including but not limited to the ELD Label name, logo, branding, text, photography, graphics, product images, videos, designs, layouts and other original material — are owned by or licensed to ELD Label and are protected by applicable Swedish, European Union and international intellectual property laws.
ELD is built around a distinct visual identity, and our content may only be used for your personal, non-commercial use.
You may not reproduce, copy, modify, distribute, republish, commercially exploit, display or otherwise use our content without our prior written permission, except where such use is expressly permitted by law.
The names, logos, designs and slogans associated with ELD Label may constitute trademarks or other protected intellectual property and may not be used without permission.
Shopify's names, logos and trademarks belong to Shopify or its respective rights holders.
All rights not expressly granted are reserved.
SECTION 7 – OPTIONAL TOOLS
As part of the Services, you may be provided access to tools or functionality supplied by third parties.
We do not necessarily monitor or control these third-party tools.

SECTION 9 – RELATIONSHIP WITH SHOPIFY
ELD Label uses Shopify's ecommerce platform to provide our online store and certain related Services.
However, products purchased through the ELD Label store are sold by ELD Label / Panetrik AB, not by Shopify.
ELD Label is responsible for the sale of our products, your order and our obligations towards you as the seller.
Shopify may provide technology, payment functionality and other infrastructure supporting the operation of the store, subject to Shopify's own terms and policies.

SECTION 11 – FEEDBACK, REVIEWS AND SUBMISSIONS
If you voluntarily submit reviews, photographs, comments, suggestions, ideas or other content to us (“Feedback”), you confirm that you have the necessary rights to provide that material.
Unless otherwise agreed, you grant ELD Label a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free right to use, reproduce, publish and display the Feedback in connection with operating, improving and promoting ELD Label and our Services.
We will not knowingly use material in a way that infringes your statutory rights.
Feedback must not infringe the intellectual property, privacy or other rights of another person, contain unlawful or abusive content, contain malicious software, or deliberately mislead us or others regarding its origin.
We reserve the right to remove content that we reasonably consider unlawful, offensive, misleading or otherwise inappropriate.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, ELD Label will not be responsible for indirect or unforeseeable losses arising solely from use of the website or from circumstances outside our reasonable control.
We remain responsible for liability that cannot legally be excluded or limited.

These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy, Refund & Return Policy, Shipping Policy and any other policies expressly incorporated by reference, form the agreement governing your use of the Services.
Nothing in these Terms overrides mandatory consumer protection legislation.
SECTION 20 – ASSIGNMENT
You may not transfer your rights or obligations under these Terms to another person without our consent where such consent is legally required.

These Terms and purchases made from ELD Label are governed by the laws of Sweden, subject to any mandatory consumer protection rules that may also apply to you based on your country of residence.

If a dispute arises, we encourage you to contact us first so that we can try to resolve the matter directly.
Consumers in Sweden may also have the right to refer a dispute to the Swedish National Board for Consumer Disputes (Allmänna reklamationsnämnden, ARN), subject to ARN's applicable rules and requirements.
Disputes may otherwise be determined by the competent courts in accordance with applicable law.

Material changes will be communicated where required by law.
Changes will not retrospectively reduce statutory rights relating to purchases already made.
Your continued use of the Services after updated Terms become effective will be subject to the updated version.
